Since we started working with Estate Agents & Mortgage Brokers in 2015 we realised the importance of building long term relationships offering more than just our excellent level of service and unique referral fee payment.
Therefore we developed our FREE Leads service which allows us to send over potential clients for you to engage with and offer your services to. This can range from clients actively looking to sell their property and in search of a local estate agent or asking you to act for our probate matters, through to clients seeking mortgage advice in relation to a purchase or re-mortgage. We don't ask for any referral fees in return for these we just view it as a gesture of thanks for your referrals you send through to us.

Free Biometric ID & AML Checks
When you work with us we will also give you free access to Biometric ID/AML checks through one of our search providers. This not only saves you time but also money. The links for the ID checks can also be fully branded in your company identity so it is easy for your clients to establish who they are completing the check for.
All of our ID checks meet all the SRA, FSA, FCA and TPO requirements and can be completed by clients in less than 60 seconds.
Instant Referral Fees on all Conveyancing Referrals
We know this isn't often the most important thing for Estate Agents & Mortgage Brokers but we like to be transparent from the outset. All of our referrers are paid for every instructing matter upon Client Instruction rather than the usual process of claiming upon completion of the transaction, meaning no more waiting 3 months before you receive a payment. Our referral fees are also non refundable so even if the matter aborts the payment we have already made to you is yours to keep.
We pay up to £300 inc vat per client that you kindly refer over to us!
